RAMATECH KRI 450 C

The cable reaches the coiling disc via a guide tube and is coiled using mandrels. The coiling diameters are individually adjustable. After the coiling process, the mandrels are lowered automatically, the protection cover opens, and the cable coil can be removed. Even extremely heavy cable coils can easily be pushed aside. The CB-Version contains a binding unit for manual binding.

For the CBP-Version the operating mode depends on the dimensions and weight of the cable coil and the breaking load of the rubber cord.

Adjustable coiling pins

The cable is fed from the cutting machine via a pipe directly into the winding pins on the rotating coiling disk. The coiling diameters are individually adjustable.

The coiling process is finished

After the coiling process, the pins are lowered automatically, the protection cover opens, and the cable coil can be removed. Even extremely heavy cable coils can be easily pushed away flat across a table.
