Our rewinding system for heat-shrink tubing
In addition to cable handling, Ramatech also specializes in heat shrink tubing cutting machines. Our special system for processing heat-shrink tubing can not only cut it, but also unwind, measure and rewind it after cutting – a complete production line for heat-shrink tubing has been created here.
On our systems, each shrink sleeve is processed as perfectly as possible for its area of application. We use a Dereeler with a tension-sensitive storage system to regulate the tension of the respective material. Our shrink sleeve cutting machine then measures the material using a rotary encoder and cuts it using a powerful cutting module. Finally, the material is wound onto winding mandrels or into a cardboard spool, depending on the desired application.
