WRAP CABLE INTO RING SHAPE

The KRI 850 series for coiling cable rings differs from the KRI 450 series only in terms of the maximum outer ring diameter and the cable diameters that can be processed. It is available in the versions C (Coil), CB (Coil & Bind) and CBP (Coil & Bind & Pull). In the basic version, cable coils are wound and removed by hand. With the CB variant, you can also manually bind the cable ring with an elastic rubber cord and push it to the right over the attachment. The KRI 850 CBP is a flexible automatic coil tying machine in which the cable rings are automatically pushed onto the attachment for tying using a gripper element and an axis for the cross offset. The binding is carried out there using an elastic rubber cord. After successful tying, the ring is automatically ejected and can be fed directly or via a roller conveyor into a box, which can optionally be transported away using an automated guided vehicle (AGV).

The KRI 850 CBP can be operated in automatic mode with an automatic handling unit and binding device or in simple wrapping mode without binding and with manual removal. When used with a Ramatech or Metzner processing machine, the operating mode for each cable product can be stored in the terminal of the processing machine.
