Ramatech Mobile Ring Winder MRW650 XL
Cable Ring Winding Machine – Proven technology in an XL format. This model matches the basic version in terms of performance and features, but is structurally designed for larger winding volumes. It winds cables up to 45 mm in diameter from a spool stand or reel stand into cable rings of the desired length. Rings with an outer diameter of up to 650 mm and a weight of up to 80 kg can be wound. In addition to cables, other materials of various diameters can also be processed.
Once the cable has passed through the measuring and laying unit, the end is secured to the ring attachment. After entering the desired target length and the start signal, the winding process begins automatically. The traversing laying unit, with its adjustable winding speed and turning points, ensures neat laying on our cable ring winding machine. The finished ring can be secured with cable ties and removed quickly and easily using fold-down mandrels.
